Open a packed bed sheet set or pillowcase from a premium brand and you will find a flat, rigid insert holding everything in shape. That is a stiffener sheet, a small component that decides whether your product looks retail-ready or crumpled.
What stiffener sheets do
- Keep folded bedding, towels and pillowcases flat and neat inside poly bags or boxes.
- Give the pack structure so it stacks well in cartons.
- Improve shelf and unboxing presentation for buyers and end customers.
- Protect products from creasing during handling and shipping.
Export grade vs local grade
Not every order needs the same quality. Export buyers expect consistent thickness, clean cuts and strong board. Local and domestic lines can often use a more economical grade. Mehar Packages produces both, so you can match the grade to the order instead of overpaying.
Why Faisalabad is the right place to buy them
Faisalabad is home to Pakistan’s biggest home textile exporters. Buying stiffeners nearby gives you faster delivery, easy size changes and quick sample turnaround, all of which matter when you run frequent bedding and towel orders.
Proven volume
Mehar Packages has produced more than 40 million stiffener sheets. That experience shows up in consistent cutting, flatness and board quality across large repeat orders.
